تنبيهات المخزون
لوحة مخزون حيّة لميني ماركت في الحمرا: مبيعات محاكاة تستنزف المخزون مباشرة، المنتجات تتخطى نقاط إعادة الطلب، وتظهر تنبيهات النقص والنفاد والفائض مع اقتراح كمية بحسب مدة توريد المورّد. أنشئ طلب شراء فيُحلّ التنبيه؛ استلمه فيمتلئ المخزون.
استخدم مفتاح «حي / تحميل / فارغ / خطأ» أعلى العرض لرؤية كل الحالات.
لماذا تهمّ
الرفوف تبقى ممتلئة من دون طلب زائد: الفريق يرى ما سينفد قبل أن يصل التوريد التالي، ويطلب الكمية الصحيحة بنقرتين.
كيف تعمل
- 01A sales simulator (1×, 5×, 20×) sells products hour by hour; every row shows stock against its reorder point and max, days of cover and a live trend sparkline.
- 02Crossing a threshold raises an alert (with toast and row pulse) that explains the risk and suggests a quantity from lead time + 7 days of cover; overstock alerts flag cash tied up.
- 03Create PO (sent to the supplier, simulated) moves the item to On order and clears the alert; deliveries arrive on their ETA or via Receive. Reorder points are editable inline, with undo.
