Delivery Estimator

A delivery promise on a Beirut electronics product page: pick any Lebanese area and see “Order within 2h 14m, get it Sat 31 Oct” with a live cut-off countdown, an Ordered → Shipped → Delivered timeline and a route on a drawn map of Lebanon. Sundays and public holidays are skipped and named, express depends on the zone, large items get installation slots, and in-store pickup shows the nearest branch and its stock.

Use the Live / Loading / Empty / Error switch at the top to see every state.

Why it matters

A concrete date next to the price removes the biggest doubt before checkout and nudges shoppers to order before the cut-off, while the same rules the warehouse works by keep the promise honest on weekends and holidays.

How it works

  1. 01Each area belongs to a delivery zone with its own transit time, delivery days, express option and fee; the estimate walks forward from the Beirut clock through cut-offs, Sundays and the store’s holiday calendar to a real date.
  2. 02The countdown targets the next cut-off for the chosen option; when it passes, the date moves on by itself and the page says what changed. Skipped days appear as chips, such as “Fri 25 Dec · Christmas Day”.
  3. 03Pickup picks the nearest branch, checks its stock and opening hours, and falls back to a warehouse transfer when the branch is out; a preview clock lets you jump to Friday evening, Saturday after cut-off or a holiday eve.
