Rough-sawn stock is flattened, thicknessed and squared. Machines do the heavy cuts; the last pass is a hand plane, because you can feel the difference.

Dovetails, mortise and tenon, and dominoes where they belong. Screws are for hinges. Every carcass is dry-fitted in the workshop before it is finished.

Two fitters, one or two days, dust sheets down. Scribed to your walls, levelled to your floor, and adjusted again three months later.

A panel saw and CNC give us accuracy you can measure in tenths of a millimetre. But a drawer that slides like it is on air, or a door that closes with one finger after a mountain winter, comes from fitting by hand.
We build every carcass as its own box, so a unit can be lifted out, repaired or moved to your next home. We seal every face, including the ones you will never see.
On joinery and carcasses. If a joint opens or a panel moves, we come back and fix it.
On hinges, runners, sliding gear and handles. Replaced on site, parts and labour included.
After fitting we visit again to adjust doors and drawers once the wood has settled into your home.

Every quote request, configurator drawing and WhatsApp chat from the site lands here. Ten sample leads are included so you can see it working.
