A studio in Mar Mikhael, a team of eight.
ZAFFÉ started in 2014 with one wedding in a Chouf garden, a borrowed truck and a zaffe troupe of cousins.
Twelve years later we are eight people in a stone house on Armenia Street, with a workshop in Bourj Hammoud and a troupe that rehearses on Tuesdays. We still take a limited number of Saturdays each summer, because the planner who meets you is the one who runs your night.
We plan weddings, engagements and katb el kitab ceremonies, birthdays and anniversaries, and a handful of corporate galas a year when the brief is interesting.
