Hi, I'm Nadine.
In 2019 I baked three loaves for the neighbours during a long power cut. One of them asked if she could pay for the next batch. Today Furn Nadine is a Friday pre-order list, a cooling rack that never looks empty, and a kitchen that still fits in a small Achrafieh flat.
The kit is everything I learnt the slow way: what to bake first, what to charge, how to box it and how to ask for the order without feeling awkward.

Is the kit really free?
Yes. The 38-page PDF and the printable sheets go to your email (and WhatsApp if you add your number). No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.
Do I need a professional oven?
No. Every bake was tested in a standard 60 cm home oven, with notes for gas ovens, power cuts and generator hours.
Is it in Arabic?
The kit is in English with the Arabic names of every bake. An Arabic edition is being written, and people on this list get it first.
Can I legally sell from home?
Rules differ by municipality. Chapter 5 covers clean-kitchen basics (labels, dates, allergens, storage); ask your municipality what applies to you before you sell. The kit is not legal advice.
