Buying, renting, selling and looking after homes across Beirut and Mount Lebanon. Every fee is agreed in writing before we start.
Tell us how you live and what you can spend. We shortlist homes we have visited ourselves, book the viewings back to back and negotiate the offer. Before you sign, we check the title deed at the Land Registry and walk you through the notary and registration.
Furnished flats near the universities, family apartments, offices and season lets in the mountains. We check the home, the owner and the building costs, and write the lease in English and Arabic.
We price your home from comparable sales, photograph it properly and show it only to buyers who can pay. You get a written update after every viewing and a straight answer when an offer is too low.
We find the tenant, collect the rent and handle what breaks. You get a statement every month and one person to call.
We sell a small number of new buildings each year, after checking the developer’s permits, finance and past handovers. Buyers get the payment plan in writing and a snagging visit before they take the keys.
Most of our buyers from abroad visit once, to sign. Until then we run video viewings, send measured plans and building costs, and work with your lawyer and notary on the power of attorney.

About Keystone
Keystone started in 2011 with two desks on Abdel Wahab El Inglizi street and one rule: we don’t list a home we haven’t stood in.
There are eight of us now. The rule hasn’t changed, and most of our work comes from people we have already helped. We work across Beirut and the Mount Lebanon coast, from Saida to Byblos and up to the ski villages, and we know which buildings run their own generator, which streets flood in winter and what a fair price looked like last month.
