The class timetable sits beside the member app, so a booking made on the phone fills the capacity ring on the desk, full classes open a numbered waitlist, and a cancellation moves the first person waiting in with a push notice. Around it: a door check-in kiosk that reads each membership's status, memberships with freeze, renew and upgrade, personal-training packs, a workout builder and member progress charts.
Book the last spot from the member app and the ring on the desk closes; join a full class's waitlist, cancel someone at the desk, and the first person waiting is moved in while their phone lights up with a push.
