What it does
SERVIO runs maintenance for a property manager with four towers in Achrafieh, Hamra, Dbayeh and Jounieh. Tenant faults arrive by WhatsApp, a resident portal and building sensors, become work orders on an isometric drawing of the building, and are closed from the technician's phone with checklist, photos, parts and time. Generator run-hour meters raise oil changes on their own, while parts, contracts and diesel are tracked alongside.
Signature interaction
Click a tenant's fault on the isometric building, turn it into a work order, assign a technician and close it from their phone while the asset's health ring, MTBF and the tower's open-issues count update.

Workflow Automation
A visual automation builder for a Beirut coffee e-shop: pick a trigger (new order, low stock, ticket created), set conditions, and chain actions like WhatsApp messages, assignments, tasks and CRM updates on Yes/No branches. “Run test” sends a sample event through the flow with animated tokens and a timestamped run log.
An ops console for a Beirut food-delivery business with a live event stream (new orders, payments, escalated tickets, refunds, reviews), a stacked toast system and a full notification centre behind the bell: grouped by day, read/unread, filters, archive, per-category mute and do-not-disturb.
A live stock board for a Hamra mini-market: simulated sales drain stock in real time, products cross their reorder points, and alerts for low, out-of-stock and overstock items appear with a reorder suggestion based on supplier lead time. Create a purchase order and the alert resolves; receive it and stock refills.
One business dashboard that re-composes for each role — Owner, Sales manager, Accountant or Warehouse staff. Widgets, navigation and actions appear or disappear with animated transitions, and a permissions matrix lets you toggle access and watch a live preview change instantly.
