Workflow Automation

A visual automation builder for a Beirut coffee e-shop: pick a trigger (new order, low stock, ticket created), set conditions, and chain actions like WhatsApp messages, assignments, tasks and CRM updates on Yes/No branches. “Run test” sends a sample event through the flow with animated tokens and a timestamped run log.

Use the Live / Loading / Empty / Error switch at the top of the demo to see every state.

Why it matters

Repetitive follow-ups happen automatically and consistently — VIP customers get a personal message, suppliers get reorder requests, urgent tickets reach the right person — without anyone remembering to do it.

How it works

  1. 01Choose a trigger and build rules (match all or any); matching events go down the Yes branch, others down No — every step is editable in the inspector, with variables like {{customer.name}} and a live message preview.
  2. 02Add, reorder or delete actions on either branch; external actions (WhatsApp, email, CRM) are clearly marked as simulated.
  3. 03Run test with a sample event: tokens flow along the wires, rules tick or cross, each action reports success or a real-looking failure, and every run is kept in the log history.
Simulation

This demo simulates external services with sample data in your browser. In a real project it connects to your own systems and providers.
