Why it matters

Long contact forms lose people and short ones lose information. A form that only asks what matters for each request gets more leads finished, hands sales a scored, routed lead with the right details, and replies on WhatsApp while the customer is still interested.

How it works

01Each answer runs through visible logic rules: choosing “No roof access” adds a balcony question, “24/7” adds generator questions, and air conditioning on a small budget offers a battery-first path that carries the answers over.
02Fields validate as you go — Lebanese phone numbers are recognised and formatted, email becomes required only when it is the chosen channel — and the draft is saved on the device so the visitor can leave and resume where they stopped.
03A lead score from budget fit, timing, decision power, site and attachments updates live with its reasons, routes the lead to the right team, and on submit the customer gets a summary and a WhatsApp message they can reply to.
