What this template does
RELAY runs the support desk of a Lebanese electronics store across WhatsApp, email, chat, Instagram and phone. Tickets carry live SLA countdowns, and macros change status, assign and reply in one click. Canned replies fill in customer and order details, a clearly labelled simulated AI drafts replies from the conversation, and automation rules triage new tickets as they arrive.
Signature interaction
Hit a macro and watch it set the status, assign, tag and send a filled-in reply in one go while the SLA timer flips to met.

A visual automation builder for a Beirut coffee e-shop: pick a trigger (new order, low stock, ticket created), set conditions, and chain actions like WhatsApp messages, assignments, tasks and CRM updates on Yes/No branches. “Run test” sends a sample event through the flow with animated tokens and a timestamped run log.
A sports store search that understands plain language: “black running shoes under $100 for women” becomes visible filter chips for colour, category, price and gender, with typo correction, synonyms, instant results, recent and trending searches. It is honestly labelled Simulated AI — everything runs locally on 40 seeded products.
An ops console for a Beirut food-delivery business with a live event stream (new orders, payments, escalated tickets, refunds, reviews), a stacked toast system and a full notification centre behind the bell: grouped by day, read/unread, filters, archive, per-category mute and do-not-disturb.
