What it does
An estate agency website for Beirut and Mount Lebanon built to bring in leads. Visitors search homes to buy or rent on a hand-drawn map whose price pins move with the list, open a listing with its gallery, floor plan and monthly cost calculator, and book a viewing in a free slot. Owners estimate their home's value and request a visit, and every request lands in the agent desk with its stage and history.
Signature interaction
The listings map and the list move as one: hover a card and its price pin lifts, click a pin and a preview opens while the card scrolls into place, and pins cluster and split as you zoom from the whole coast down to the streets of Beirut.

AI-assisted Search
A sports store search that understands plain language: “black running shoes under $100 for women” becomes visible filter chips for colour, category, price and gender, with typo correction, synonyms, instant results, recent and trending searches. It is honestly labelled Simulated AI — everything runs locally on 40 seeded products.
Find a time that works for a five-person team split across Beirut, Dubai and London. A week heatmap shows how many people are free in every half hour, ranked suggestions explain their score, and booking re-checks each calendar before any invite goes out.
A branch finder for an electronics chain with eight stores across Lebanon, drawn on an SVG map. List and map stay in sync, filters cover open now, pickup, repairs and parking, distances and drive times update from any area or a pin dropped on the map, opening hours handle Sundays and Friday midday breaks (“closes in 40 min”), and every branch shows live stock for a chosen product with reserve-for-pickup.
A Beirut online supermarket priced in US dollars with a USD / LBP / EUR switch. Every price, the mini basket and the checkout roll over to the chosen currency, while the store always charges in USD. Merchants set exchange rates, LBP rounding (to the nearest 1,000 or 5,000), display formats and EUR price endings, and every order gets a receipt in both currencies.
