Why it matters

No more back-and-forth across time zones: the organiser sees in seconds when everyone is actually free inside their working hours, and last-minute calendar changes are caught before a double-booking reaches anyone's inbox.

How it works

01Calendars, working hours and time zones are combined into one heatmap; switch the view between Beirut, Dubai and London time, change the meeting length, or mark each person required, optional or not invited.
02Suggestions are ranked by who is free, how early or late the time is for each person, lunch and back-to-back meetings; take one, or drag the selection across the heatmap or the team lanes.
03Booking re-checks every calendar first: if someone got busy in the meantime, nothing is sent and the next best times are offered. Invites and RSVPs are simulated and update live.
