Abandoned Cart Recovery

A merchant view for a Beirut fashion store: carts abandoned in the last 7 days, a recovery sequence builder (WhatsApp after 1 hour, then an email with a discount code after 24 hours) with live message previews, and a “Simulate customer” time-lapse that plays each message arriving on a shopper’s phone while the recovered-revenue chart moves.

Use the Live / Loading / Empty / Error switch at the top to see every state.

Why it matters

Abandoned bags turn back into orders without anyone chasing them: the right message goes out at the right time, discounts go only to shoppers who need one, and every recovered dollar is credited to the channel that won it back.

How it works

  1. 01Every bag left at checkout enters the sequence automatically. The carts table shows each cart’s status and next scheduled step, and the team can send a step early, stop the sequence or send a personal WhatsApp.
  2. 02Edit each step’s channel, delay, message (with variables like {{first_name}} and {{recovery_link}}) and discount code with inline validation, preview it on a phone for any cart, and set rules such as a minimum bag value and when a cart counts as lost.
  3. 03“Simulate customer” runs shoppers with different habits through your sequence on a sped-up clock: you see who comes back, on which step and why, and the KPIs and chart update the moment an order is recovered. All sending is simulated.
